This November, Plenty of Stuff Studio proudly supported Movember and Men's Mental Health Month with our campaign, More Than a Moustache. Throughout the month, we used our platform to highlight incredible organisations and individuals making a real difference in men's mental health. One of the highlights was teaming up with Andy's Man Club (AMC).
We were honoured to sit down with Dom, AMC's South Coast Area Lead, to discuss the journey of Andy's Man Club and why safe spaces for men to talk are so important. AMC was founded nearly ten years ago following the tragic loss of Andy Roberts and has since grown into a nationwide community where men can share what they are going through, without judgment.
During our conversation, Dom explained why opening up can still be difficult for men. Society often encourages men to "man up" or hide their feelings, but as he described, vulnerability is a strength. Sometimes, simply talking and being heard can lift a weight off a person's shoulders and remind men that they are not alone.

Plenty of Stuff Studio is passionate about using our platform to ensure voices like Andy's Man Club are heard. If you want to hear the full conversation with Dom and discover the powerful insights he shared, watch the full interview on our YouTube channel.
It is honest, inspiring, and a powerful reminder that opening up is a strength, not a weakness.
If you would like to find out more or pop into one of their clubs nationwide, visit the Andy's Man Club page. They welcome everyone with a cuppa and a biscuit, and it is a safe space to talk.
Let us continue the conversation, support each other, and remind every man that it is okay to talk.
